Production Manager Liam produces quality content to promote the campaigns and missions of the Agency’s social justice clients. He manages and oversees multiple projects simultaneously, working directly with account and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Liam has spent more than 18 years in advocacy film & video production. He has worked on award-winning feature documentaries throughout North and South America, Europe, and Africa spanning topics that focused on environmental, racial and economic justice. He has worked as video strategist, cinematographer, director, producer, post-production supervisor, content editor, and steadicam operator on feature documentaries, broadcast journalism, short-form campaign videos, and social media PR across the fiction, documentary, journalism, marketing, and advocacy industries.
His advocacy videography has been an integral part of campaigns for Housing Works NYC, Citizen Action (NY), Strong Economy for All, United Federation of Teachers (NY), The Hedge Clippers, Rainforest Action Network, 350.ORG, Fair Elections NY, New Yorkers for Greater Public Schools, Asian Women for Health, U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives, Fast Food Forward’s “Fight for $15”, Alliance for Quality Education, and more.
Liam and his productions have received awards and distinctions from Viddy Awards, Phoenix Film Festival, Sheffield Documentary Festival, Webby Awards, SXSW Interactive Festival, BANFF World Media Festival, Portobello Film Festival, and the International Digital Emmy Awards.
He was selected twice for the highly competitive IDFAcademy, which comprises of 60 generation-next filmmakers from different corners of the world at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (the industry’s apex annual event).
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Filmmaking and Video Technology from New England Institute of Art, and a Master’s in Documentary Film from University of London, Royal Holloway (UK).
