He has an established track record of ensuring national and regional organizations succeed and win through impactful, innovative, and integrated communication strategies.
Earlier in his career, as a Director of Communications for the largest labor union in America, Jeff led a series of strategic communication campaigns that spurred organizational growth from 8,000 to more than 52,000 members in his home state of Massachusetts. That growth included winning the largest union election in the history of New England, ushering more than 20,000 home health care workers into the union.
Jeff has been a leading architect of several ballot initiative campaigns to strengthen workers’ rights. He has worked in high-level strategic roles on a wide range of successful electoral and organizing campaigns, including the “Fight for $15” which has successfully raised the minimum wage for millions of workers across the nation.
Jeff has also led teams in the communications departments of ESPN and Entercom, two of the largest media companies on the planet. He is a graduate of Emerson College, where he received the President’s Award for Social Justice, played NCAA baseball, and served as President of the Student Government.
