Chief Human Resources Officer Debashis leads the Agency’s Human Resources department. He works directly with senior leaders to help define the Agency’s long-term organizational strategy and to assist in executing against that strategy through talent management.
Debashis is an accomplished human resources leader with over two and half decades of experience leading HR strategy, direction and people engagement for organizations in a global environment. He has worked in executive roles in companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, EMC and Dell.
He is highly effective in organizational consulting, coaching executive leadership teams, and establishing structured frameworks for talent development.
