617MediaGroup Account Manager Brooke Kushwaha is a consummate problem solver who always ensures clients’ needs are met. Before joining 617MediaGroup, Brooke served as an editorial intern for both L’Officiel USA and V Magazine, where she specialized in music and culture writing. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in the College of Letters, helming the nation’s oldest twice-weekly collegiate newspaper as editor-in-chief of The Wesleyan Argus.

As a student journalist, Brooke covered ongoing student labor protests and has followed the public health concerns associated with adolescent nicotine use since 2012, winning an award for Best News Reporting from the National Scholastic Press Association for her early coverage of e-cigarette use in preteens. She also worked closely with Title IX and the Survivor Advocacy and Community Education offices at Wesleyan to build a more equitable and trauma-informed newsroom at the Argus.
